Coating Applications

Coating applications have to prevent oxygen ingress into the package to avoid premature spoilage of the food and to keep it fresh and appetising for an extended period of time. An EVAL™ layer provides better barrier qualities than the commonly used aluminium foil and at the same time it supports very effectively the good formability of the board and coating composition.

Considering transport and handling conditions, the packaging has to be virtually unbreakable and easy to handle.
